Who will design and update my web site?
Your site can be developed & managed by you or a consultant
of your choosing (We refer to these as "customer-managed" sites.)
Or Infobahn Outfitters
can design, develop, and manage your web site for you. We can also
develop sites for you to partially or completely maintain yourself.

How do I log into the control panel for my customer-managed site?
For a customer-managed site, add '/admin/' to your web address
to access the control panel login page.
(e.g. http://www.outfitters.com/admin/).

Where can I find technical assistance for my customer-managed web
site?
Log into your control panel, then look for the "Help" button
at the bottom of the left menu. Or you may contact
us.
I have prepared my web pages for my customer-managed site. How
do I get them onto my web site?
We will supply your username and password. You
may upload your files via FTP using a variety of programs, including
Cute FTP, WS-FTP, Dreamweaver, and others. Upon your request, we
will activate FrontPage server extensions for your site, so you may
publish using FrontPage. Look for more instructions in the "Help"
menu of your site's control panel if you need it, or contact
us.
How do I change my username and password?
For a customer-managed site, account management for customer-managed
web sites can be done through the control panel.
If Infobahn Outfitters developed your site for you, please contact
us for password changes for access to your web site (Email box changes
may be made through the control panel, depending on your particular
configuration).
How can I tell how many people have accessed my site? What do the
terms used in my site statistics mean?
For customer-managed web sites, log into your control panel
to view your statistics.

I need a form-to-email script.
We can provide a script for you to set as the action for your form.

Do you offer support for Mailing Lists?
Yes, we offer mailing lists are an add-on service option. We support
two types of mailing lists:
- group discussion mailing
lists. All members of the list can post messages. We host discussion
lists with Mailman. Information about mailman

- announcement mailing lists. Designed for one-way
delivery -- great for newsletters, announcements, press releases.
We hosts announcement lists with phplist (and a few with Mailman).
